SHIPPING POLICY

We presently ship via Canada Post.  Deliveries can take 3-7 days from processing to receive them depending where it is being shipped to. Shipments may require a signature upon receipt.  If someone is not available to receive the  package during regular business hours, provide a work address  for shipments or advise us in the comments.  

You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully received. If you do not receive this email please call 1-866-916-4886 to confirm that the order has been placed.

If your package does not arrive within the specified time frame, please contact us via email or via phone and we will track the package for you.

Unavailable Products

Although we work very hard to ensure that inventories are always perfect, it is possible that it may show as it is in stock when in fact it is out of stock. In this case we will not charge you for the product until it arrives and is ready to ship. Please note that we will advise you via email of the mishap and confirm if you would like to receive the product or not.

Return Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on makeup, skin care or undergarments. We also are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened or used.

Exchanges

For those products that can be exchanged, for store credit within 14 days, accompanied with the original receipt. Please contact the service department on Mon.-Fri. from 10:00am-6:00pm so that we could tell you where and how to make your return. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

We have made every effort to represent all colours in their truest form. Our staff is available from Mon-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm and Sundays 12:00pm-4:00pm to assist you with your order.
